This summer I love to take you to the Golden Age of Bellydance. The age of elegance, pleasure and passion, where the bellydancers were movie stars. I’ll show you the captivating history of bellydance. How the dance evolved at the turn of the 20th century and how it developed in the enchanting art form that was popularized during the growth of Cinema during the 1940s till the 1970s  With Egypt at the forefront, but Hollywood was also fascinated by bellydancers and other countries like Turkey for example had their own revival of Bellydance.

The classes will be fun and light and will be enriched with real images and attributes
from the past.

Gorgeous skirts, scarves and veils are available and can be used freely, and fresh mint tea will be served in oriental glasses to keep you hydrated during the class.

You wil feel like a bellydancer in a movie while we immerse ourself in a world of sensuality, rhythm, beauty, playfullness and joy. Let’s create together a new Golden Age of Bellydance!

Losse les = 15 euro. Zomerkaart = 75 euro (onbeperkt toegang tot alle lessen, zowel op dinsdag als vrijdag en je mag ook onbeperkt aan de maandaglessen van 19:30 – 21:00 uur komen meedoen, data: 8 juli, 15 juli, 19 augustus en 26 augustus)

De lessen zijn los te volgen, zet in je bericht de datum of data waarop je wilt komen bv.: 16 juli en 20 augustus. Als je een zomerkaart neemt heb je onbeperkt toegang tot alle lessen en is je plek voor alle lessen gereserveerd; je hoeft nu niet aan te geven naar welke les je wel en niet zal komen, je komt dan gewoon wanneer je wilt.
